Some suggestions for a rewrite of Kmail:

1) Another nice feature would be to be able to create a filter directly froma
a message. That is, right click on the message and select "Craete filter"
from the menu, which would bring up the filter dialog initialized with the
from (or the subject) of the selected message.

2) Also on the track of filters, it would ve nice to have filters that are
not executed when mail is downloaded, but on demand, say hitting Ctl-J.
Sometimes it is easier to see everything in the inbox and later have filters
process the mail. Or process messages in any folder.

3) One feature I used to like in Eudora was to have some predefined
destinations. SO I would choose form a menu to whom I wanted to send mail.

3) I have found very useful in the past to be able to write a message and
schedule it to be sent out on a given date.
