I have kmail from the current CVS. I've created two "accounts", both of 
them are local mailbox type accounts. One is reading 
/var/spool/mail/root, the other /var/spool/mail/holger. I do this so 
that I don't have to run ipop3d.

Now, whenever I start kmail, it crashes. The crash dump is below.
I made a debug statement in front of the assert, to print out the contents
of the account->location(). It was empty.

The config file is at the bottom. One strange thing is that is has 
sections from [Account 1] ... [Account 3], but in the [general] section 
it says "accounts=2".
