It is now done that way in CVS.
All iso8859-2 <-> iso-8859-2 and koi8r <-> koi8-r problem should be solved
now.

For utf-8 and possibly some others there currently appears a blank at the end
of the editor of the composer. This blank has to be deleted by the user for
the moment until qt-2.2.3 is out, otherwise the mail is cutted.
