I understand. I believe RM <linux@mailru.com> has a patch that may fix this 
problem, perhaps you would be willing to apply and test his patch. (This will 
require you to compile KMail from source).

Would you be able to send me some screenshots of the problem (just to me 
sanders@kde.org only please, to save bandwith).

Also would you be able to forward me a tis620 encoded mail and can you tell 
me where I can get a tis620 charset font?
