My system is localized to czech locale, iso-8859-2 font. When I reply to the message, \
it appears in a wrong encoding in the composer window. The encoding is set to \
iso-8859-1 by default. Even I set a new one (iso-8859-2), the msg is not redisplayed \
correctly and newly typed characters are also wrong. This renders kmail unusable for \
replying mail at all. I think kmail should take care of default system encoding and \
not use its internal defaults. Another problem - in the message list, accented \
characters in the subject are replaced by question marks, even the font can display \
them correctly.
