It works well. I think you could have added it still to [KMMessage], but that 
doesn't matter.

A default charset for composing is useful, but why a default charset for 
viewing? The value from the menu is already saved on exit, I use only auto 
anyway.

BTW: A little charset bug: If the change the encoding in the composer window, 
the charset of the edit field is not changed. That results in some questions 
marks, when I enter charactes that were not in the charset that was set when 
the composer window was opened.

This option is useful, I think.
