I still did not find an exact sequence of events that make that; but I have 
noted that it happens when you send the 2nd or 3rd e-mail in a KMail session. 
Also, the message that appears outside the dialog box is not "the mail has 
been sent", but it is "Queued messages successfully sent.". Hope this help 
meanwhile.
