I told KMail with the configuration dialog to use "KAB". Neither the 
Kmail-Interface nor the ABB-Interface should be used.  But Kmail always 
displays the same window (when I select KMail without KAB_Database of course 
with no names). Perhaps the problem isn't up to KMail but up to KAB?
