For me that is still there with your patch in the mail I already reposted in 
this thread. If I either have inline attachments activated or click RMB->view 
on the html part it is rendered. AFAIK it was intended to net render the HTML 
when prefer HTML is disabled, or am I wrong here?

Besides the mentioned problem, it seems to work well.
