Hello,

This is a patch to provide support for non-latin1 languages.
Additionally from v.2 it provides:
1. reply
2. forward
3. lots of other small fixes like dates are correctly set.

TODO:
1. When click on email with non-latin1 name in it as a description you get a 
new mail window with empty To field.
2. Subjects should displaied properly in the list.
3. Some Set Encoding handling is not so correct as we would like it be. Ex.: 
Auto does not work.

Looking for comments.
