Subject: Bug#11750: Download message list, MS Outlook [Re: Bug#11750: SPAM Filter]

[Download RAW message or body]
I have experienced following problem.
While testing Advanced POP account, some messages were not deleted from
server (yeh...) /I know that patch was applied yesterday, but there are
delays with RPMs on Mandrake's primary site, so I still use old KMail/
As it was already close to 5MB sitting on server, I decided to clean mailbox
with Outlook. (well, messages are marked as DEL, yes?)
Loaded Windows. Selected Send/Receive mail in Outlook.
And: Downloading message 1 of 1495... /I can add that when I returned back to
Linux, there were no DEL indicators on them, and I had to download 1495
messages once more and delete all them in folders/
So, there is something wrong with marking messages as DEL, or MS Outlook
doesn't check for DEL messages, or re-marks them in the beginning. /I
canceled session on message 20/
But, returning back to topic.
first, MS Outlook downloaded List of messages, and only then started mail
download.
So, I think, it's possible - to have only message names.
And, I'd like to have opportunity to delete messages from server, even if
they were not "double-downloaded". Just becuase I don't want message from
somebody.
Cheers,
Vadim
