Okay, here's a solution:
Go to Configuration -> Mime Header. Define a new one with
Name "Content-Type" and Value "text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-2".

This is also the solution to our oldest bug :-)

BTW, Marek, you should really upgrade to at least kmail 1.0.29.2 because
of the many other fixes.
