This problem applies to the Kmail Reader.

There are two problems with this:

1) This is a setting, not a "folder action".  Therefore, I propose that
this be moved under the "Settings" menu.

2) The wording of the text is confusing.  This was brought up on the
Kmail mailing list, but I thought I would emphasise this.  The following
may be easier to understand:

- Show mail as HTML
