As I'm not at home currently the screenshot has to wait till tomorrow.
With preview window I mean the area of the main KMail window that displays
the content of a selected mail. In the upper area of this the mail header
is displayed according the settings.
If you get a mail that has more than one cc address those cc addresses are
displayed in the preview window. The problem is this:
Let's say a mail has 3 cc. Then the first cc is displayed three times. If
you move the mouse above one of the duplicated ones the correct address is
displayed in the status line. I hope this make clear what I mean.
It looks like:

From: abcde
To: me
cc: qwertz, qwertz, qwertz

Correctly the last line should be:
cc: qwertz, hgffd, jhgffd

I'm not completely sure that the problem still persists. But it did some
weeks ago,
