Oh I should mention I fixed this, along with several other bugs I found.
(Mainly caused due to change in behaviour in QT)

I also implemented some of the bugs fixes Espen suggested, but I can't remember
all the details. (Things like the folder tree not updating right)

I also removed the last dependencies on kmsettings.* and ktablistbox.* and
removed them from the Makefile.am, (so they wouldn't take up space in the
executable and slow down the loading time).
