Subject:    KMail in HEAD branch working quite well at the moment

KMail in the HEAD seems to be working quite well at the moment, (was some 
serious weirdness yesterday with icons and stuff but today looks better).

For a week or so I had been running it under KDE2 (I mean the HEAD branch 
kdebase) but sometimes (normally when I wasn't near the computer) KMail would 
disappear (no core dump) along with the Konsole that I used to start it from.

I've switched back to running KDE112, (running 'kdeinit +kded' before 
starting kmail), and switched to the QT platinum style from the B2 style (a 
few months ago I had exactly the same problem that happened when I was using 
the System style).
