Well, I haven't had a problem lately, but I'm using ISDN at
home... :-) It does seem to me that there were supposed to
be protections but in those old Win3.1 days with 14.4
modems and almost no such thing as a WWW page.... (7 years
ago <G>.) :-) 	John
