This seems related to Bug 126182 and Bug 135376.  I get kio_imap4 and kio_file \
processes that hang around after kmail crashes in Bug 135376.  And, Bug 126182 is \
probably why kio_imap4 processes are hanging around.  Just my 2 cents. \
