Hi! I've had the exact same issue with MS Exchange IMAP server. Enabled kmail \
groupware, added resources and after reloading I was getting this error (Could Not \
Create Folder) first for Contacts and then for Journal. After trying couple of things \
I've checked the kmailrc file and found that the ImapPath property was set to null \
for both Contacts and Journal. After changing it to /Contacts/ and /Journal/ \
respectively everything seems to work ok. BTW, I'm on Ubuntu 6.10 with KDE 3.5.5 \
default installation. Just thought it might help some of you.
