Ah, hm, this IS confusing. I voted for this bug thinking of "Improved HTML support" \
meaning something like Thunderbird's composer (click button to insert image, bulleted \
list, etc) not editing raw HTML in Kwrite. The confusion is understandable, because \
of the extremely poor comparison made: 

"Thinking about the MS Outlook, It has the option to define MSWord as a Mail Writer. \
Why don't use Kwrite to become a little part of Kmail composer."

MSWord is a "word processor", Kwrite is a "text editor". Completley different. \
Perhaps the author meant "KWord"? Anyway, I'm retracting my votes until the meaning \
of this wish is figured out. I was wishing for better rich-text and image insertion \
ability in the default mail composer, not using an external editor. \
