Bug 93604 has been marked duplicate of this bug. However, the request of 93604 is \
much simpler.

Indeed, it is a bit disturbing to see the highlighted target folder loose its outline \
upon mouse-button release, concurrent with the opening of the move/copy/cancel menu. \
One can thus quite easily misfile messages (to adjacent folders, for example) through \
too quick mouse gestures. Unfortunately, I do this much too often!

Maintaining the target highlight outline would be a trivial fix to this problem. \
