Version 1.9.6 Same Problem.  Starting on the THIRD YEAR this bug has been outstanding!!!

FIX THIS PEOPLE!!!

Suspend laptop, restart, and kmail just shows "refreshing folder" when you check mail on any \
imap folder.  It will NEVER reconnect, it ALWAYS requires a restart.

This bug is not hard to reproduce.  Just simply unplug from the net (by what ever means), and \
attempt to check mail.   You are then stuck and must shutdown kmail and restart it to get \
