Hello!

Good thing is what i found a solution. Bad thing is what i`m unable to find 
where it was broken in between of last time i seen it and current svn/3.5.6 
release. templateparser.cpp and kmmessage.cpp was not changed this time.

Another bad thing is what i`m not sure about a solution. In kmmessage there is 
a function createForward which presume content type of forwarded message, 
even if this is multipart message and we create message for inline forward. 
IMHO inline forward should be always text/plain. My very stupid question is: 
where i`m wrong?

Please review my commit and revert it if this is not a solution.
