Although the toolbar in kmail is configurable, the toolbar for window open when \
reading individual messages has only a limited number of options.  It would be very \
useful to be able to additionally select from:

- View next / previous message
- Delete message
- Save attachments

They are all in the main kmail toolbar but only in that.

And probably more, those are the ones for now that I miss when moving from Outlook / \
