So after you 'svn up' you will find a new CMakeLists.txt file that
will require gpgme to be installed on Unix systems.

gpgme will still be optional on non-Unix platforms as it is
apparently not available on non-Unix.  Which will provide
the non-Unix people a pretty pathetic set of kdepim applications.
