There is an entry to "Move All Messages to Trash" in the folder actions menu, but there is no way to delete all messages.

Moving lots of messages to the trash folder can be time-consuming, and unnecessary, if this is followed by emptying the trash immediately. Very inconvenient way of emptying the spam folder...
