Summary: Migration from POP to IMAP does not stop receiving via
                    POP
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.9.4
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: Ronny.Standtke gmx net

Version: 1.9.4 (using KDE 3.5.4, Debian Package 4:3.5.4-3 \
                (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17-2-686

I migrated a mail account from POP to IMAP with the following steps:
- I started KMail and it automatically downloaded mails from the POP account.
- I removed the POP incoming account.
- I added the IMAP incoming account.
- I uploaded the local messages to the IMAP folder.
- I removed the local folder.

Then I got an error message that this folder belongs to a POP account and that from \
now on all messages are downloaded into the standard incoming folder. Right after \
that KMail downloaded again all messages from the IMAP folder to the local incoming \
folder. After restarting KMail I could upload all messages to the IMAP folder without \
KMail getting in my way. _______________________________________________
