I am running kmail over ssh (unfortunately, I am unable to test locally on the same machine)

when I try to quit, the application window and tray icon disapear, but I am unable to close the ssh connection because it is still used even after tenths of minutes ... so I have found that kmail is still running

the remote is amd64 architecture, my local machine is x86 and I do not experience this problem locally

it is not 100% reproducible, but if there are some troubles with IMAP connection (and they are there always :-( ), I can be sure that I will have to kill kmail manually, sometimes even with kill -9
