This is the real world guys ... please don't be abusive.

I work in a large corporate environment. Don't assume that your way of working is \
necessarily applicable to everyone. Try and be open minded.

And lets keep this polite - and yes - mail is a collaberative tool for some - sorry \
if you don't believe it - it is - even if you don't like it. It is not considered \
abuse in the business world of which I am a member. It is however considered rude to \
destroy the format in replying to an email. The world has evolved and pure text email \
is not the only source of communication. Formatted mail is a reality. Sorry if you \
don't like it but it is. kmail even supports it - just not completely.

Attachments definitely have a place - I agree especially when the data gets beyond a \
page or so.

Further, you will note, that every other mail product, outlook, evolution and \
thunderbird all support this. 

As an aside, I'd much appreciate polite, clear and unemotional comments please. And \
insults have no place here either - please try and remain professional even when your \
views differ from others.
