Summary: no option to leave this weeks messages on pop server
                    (kmail)
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: chapitech wanadoo fr

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
Compiler: gcc 4.0x fedorad core 4 (going back to suse shortly)
OS: Linux

kmail is very good, becuase it is a quick email client, and the local machine does \
the work. I use kmail because otherwise the mailbox gets saturated, so every morning \
the new mail gets downloaded.

it would be nice however to leave a certain amount of mail on the remote server \
either the mail that came in in the last 7 days or say 8M worth of mail, so the \
remote server never floods, but I can still access it from another machine.

ideally I should log in to my machine remotely, but I am behind a live box, which \
needs setting up in french, then if I am on a windows machine (anyony out there got a \
rescue cd with XF86??) i cannot log in and run an X application.

thanks for the work you have done up until now, this is not a complaint

robert,
chapitech.
