Summary: split out "Identities" and "Accounts" to reduce
                    complexity of settings dialogue
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
ReportedBy: jjm keelhaul demon co uk

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
OS: Linux

The "Configure Kmail..." dialogue excessively complex, with 6 categories and 22 tabs \
in total. This could be simplified, and also logically split up between "settings \
for sending/receiving mail" and "settings for the user's preferences", by having the \
"Identities" and "Accounts" as separate dialogues.

These could then be grouped with the filters and Sieve menu options as "Configure \
Identities" and "Configure Email Accounts" respectively. \
