My new messages are formatted Bold.
If a message has a long subject (ie. "long long subject"), then in the message list \
the end of the subject will be something like this: "long long subj...", so it can \
fit in to the subject's column. When the line is Bold, then it will be longer than if \
it was normal. When I click on a new message, it won't be Bold anymore, but the line \
remains shortened, and doesn't fit in the subject's columns. Please see the \
