Yes it is reproducible. I tryed it again and found something interesting:
After klicking on ignore button the mouse pointer changed to the round icon "blocked". When I move the pointer above one of the local folders on the left side explorer window the pointer shows that I have something to paste. Clicking on one of the folders I can paste a copy or the cut off on the folder.I do not know if that is the behaviour that kmail should do.
