window pops up:  Open Attachment?
  [i] Open attachment 'foo.jpg'?      Note that opening at attachment may compromise \
your security  [ ] Do not ask again
  [Save As…]  [Open with 'Gwenview']  [Cancel]
There needs to be some to allow the user to select one of the other applications \
assigned to the MIME type of the attachment.  For example, the middle button could be \
changed to "Open with:" and beside it have a drop-down box listing all the applicable \
applications; the default entry should be the default application for that MIME \
