Please add a dcop handler for the 'Go Offline'/'Go Online' network connnection \
switch. 

I want to bee able to set kmail to offline mode when suspending my system. Else the \
periodic mail check will throw an error on resume "your.mailserver.domain not found" \
if mail is checked before the network connection is re-enabled.
