Two more aspects of the problem:

1) It should be possible to edit the (standard) MDN e-mail.

2) If the To: address is not an e-mail address of one the identities then KMail \
should ask which address to use as From (and use the To: address as default). The \
current behaviour reveals another address if the e-mail has been sent to an address \
from which e-mail is forwarded to another address.

Example: Mail to mail hauke-laging de is forwarded to hauke laging de  The MDN e-mail \
has hauke laging de as From: and not the address the sender used as recipient. Thus \
the sender gets to know a maybe up to then unknown address (and the KMail user does \
not even notice that). _______________________________________________
