Summary: Sender address should be treated as *one* address, even
                    if it contains unquotet commas
           Product: kontact
           Version: 1.1.2
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: mail
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: rolf.offermanns gmx net

Version: 1.1.2 (using KDE 3.4.2, Debian Package 4:3.4.2-4 \
                (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.12-1-686-smp

I have got a mail contact with an invalid "From: " header:

name, givenname <mail domain com>

Note, that the realname part is not quotet.

Now if I hit "Reply" kmail fills in two "To: " fields:
To: name
To: givenname <mail domain com>

This is annoying. While I do understand, that this is not a kmail problem, it would \
be great, if kmail would auto add the quotes in this special case, as interpreting a \
sender address as multiple addresses makes no sense to me.

What do you think?
