Just today I also got such a mail message (no body, only a single attachment part). I \
tested this bug in KDE 3.5 beta 1, and I could successfully save the attachment.

The attachment shows up in the mime-tree (be it with type 'Unknown' while the mail \
perfectly states what mimetype the document is).

So it seems this has been fixed in 3.5 beta 1.
