When trying to rename a cachedIMAP folder via "Properties", emails within the folder are deleted. The local renaming seems to work, but when kmail syncs with the server, the folder is empty. 

When looking at the directories on the server, the old directory is deleted and a new (empty) directory with the new name is created.

We are using Courier-IMAP.
