IMO, this feature is mainly a convenience, for others I can't speak to the level of \
necessity.

By default, I'll want to send an email right away, but maybe certain emails I'd \
rather have sent at a specified time.  This is a feature found in Outlook (possibly \
others?) which I think some (apparantly many judging by votes) people use.  I've only \
used it once or twice.
