Summary: Submenu hotkeys don't work properly
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: fcwells comcast net

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

First...
- Select a message the from message pane
- Right click to open context menu
- Enter "M" hotkey to open "Move" submenu
- Folders are properly listed with hotkeys underlined

Now...
- Select a message from the message pane
- Enter "Alt-M" hotkey or click "Message" from main menu
- "Message" menu opens
- Enter "M" hotkey to open "Move" submenu
- Folders are listed -without- hotkeys.

In either case, hotkeys can't be used exclusively. In the first case, the
mouse is needed to initiate the action by selecting the context menu and
in the second case the mouse is needed to complete the action and file the
message. This is incredibly frustrating, extremely counter intuitive and
quite counter productive.
