I would find keyword support as described above helpful too, for exactly the same \
reasons as the reporter.

Regarding sorting mail into folders instead: I sort mail religiously and have a \
rather complex folder structure, but my Inbox will always be my Todo list - if it's \
not in my Inbox, I'll forget to do it; and once something is done, I move it into the \
appropriate project folder.  Thus, I keep mail regarding the current stages of \
projects I'm involved in in my Inbox.  The ability to "tag" that mail according to \
keywords and then filter by those keywords would be incredibly helpful, and a welcome \
complement to the way I work (as opposed to a major change to the way I work).

An idea: we are already able to "Mark Message As" important, todo, spam, ham, queued \
etc.; it would be great if these "marks" were configurable so I could add them as \
required and easily mark messages through the context menu. \
