The kioslave should take care of that as otherwise you'd have to check this in 
kmfolderimap, kmfoldercachedimap and subscription dialog. I thought this is 
already inluded as I can list my web.de account without a problem and web.de 
has no namespace support. Hmm, can you attach the debug output of the imap4 
kioslave (7116)?
