When signing a message with kmail using s/mime, the settings of
"include-certs" in the gpgsm.conf are overwritten by the parameter
passed to gpgsm by kmail with the value 1.

this results in not sending any intermediate certificates (as used by the free thawte emailing CA) and therefore, the signature is not recognized as valid.

when I use gpgsm from the command line to sign a file, the value for "include-certs" from gpgsm.conf is used. Therefore I assume, that kmail passes the parameter to gpgsm.
