I guess it's an update from an older version? How did you set up the 
filters? Did you use the wizard?

Can you try removing the filter actions from the toolbar configuration 
(given they exist in there)? Afterwards you might want to add the filters 
to the toolbar again by using the new options in the filter configuration 
dialog.
