Summary: changing kmail folder from "default" to "receiver" does
                    not change column
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: marco.krohn gmx de

Version: unknown (using KDE 3.4.0, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-8)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.7-1-k7

I am using compiled sources ~two weeks old and I am using contact though I believe \
that the bug also appears in kmail.

I store older send mails in separate folders, e.g. "sent-2004". The default for this \
folder is to show the sender (who I am of course). Now I want to change this column \
to "receiver". rmb -> properties -> show column -> receiver.

After pressing "OK" I would kmail expect to change the column immediately, but \
instead nothing happens at all (at least nothing visible)--the column still shows \
"sender" instead of "receiver". Clicking on an other folder and then going back to \
"sent-2004" shows now the column with the expected entry "receiver".

Thus it seems that it is an update problem of the UI only.

Thanks a lot for kmail, it is far better than any other email application that I have \
ever used :-) Please keep up the good work!
