Summary: More clever usage of window borders - scrollbars -
                    fitt's law
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: seguso.forever tin it

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

In thunderbird, or firefox, there is a very nice feature: when you maximize their \
windows, the window border disappears, and the scrollbars go to the rightmost pixel \
of the screen. Therefore they become much easier to reach. You just have to move the \
mouse to the right, abruptly, until it reaches the edge of the screen, and you have \
reached the scrollbar.

Could you please redesign your widgets so as to make that happen in kmail?

(Note: this does not happen under KDE if you enable "allow resizing of maximized \
windows".)
