I would just like to add that I have the same concerns and generally follow the email \
conventions that our most of our company and customers use.  I know that there are \
people out there who need the signature at the very bottom of the message while \
others (like me) need it above the quoted text.  I would like to see this \
configurable along with the signature.  I would also like to see "Insert Signature" \
on the menu along with "Append Signature", so the signature could go where the cursor \
is currently locate.  (I would not expect the append option to put the signature \
above the quoted text after the fact, which would require Kmail to track the boundary \
of the quoted text.) _______________________________________________
