Hmmm, the update replaced my startkde-script, so the gpg-agent was not started.

Sorry, I should have noticed this earlier ...

I created a new script 

     ~/.kde/env/gpg-agent.sh 

in which I'm starting the gpg-agent now, so this should not happen again ;-)
