When new mail is received in a folder, kmail should change be able to change the \
folder icon to indicate that there is new mail in that folder.

Right now this only works with "unread" messages, which means that if I have some \
unread messages in a folder (which often happens especially with mailing lists), the \
folder will always look like there's new mail.

This is basically how it works in thunderbird at the moment.
